This Invitation is for the provision of Grass Cutting Services (Services) for South East Water’s water and sewer sites, as well as our nine (9) Water Recycling Plant sites (Site) within our geographical service area.

 This Specification applies to the following services:

1. Cutting, edging, trimming of grass within South East Water sites as per designated schedule / frequency;
2. Sweeping and removing of clippings on driveways and footpaths, if required;
3. Collecting and removing of any litter within South East Water sites prior to the commencement of the grass cutting;
4. Weed spraying, as required;
5. Plan and program the Services in accordance to the land maintenance schedule and frequencies set out;
6. Provision of all labour, vehicles, plant and equipment, training, etc. required to perform the Service; and
7. All other related services as requested by South East Water.
