In 2017 South East Water undertook a Test Process Improvement Assessment (TPI) to understand the maturity of our testing processes.

The assessment confirmed that our test practices are at varying levels of maturity, with the majority of our processes being placed in the initial phases of the testing model.

This RFQ seeks to engage a preferred service provider that can assist South East Water in elevating the maturity for testing throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle, and provide an end-to-end ICT test management service.
