Monash Health is seeking proposals from providers to work in partnership with Monash Health in providing high level, proactive, responsive, equitable employee support services and critical incident response to its staff.  These aim to improve and compliment the current internal support mechanisms available, as well as further enhance current external support.

The scope of the support services required includes:

• Employee assistance program (EAP) Services
• Manager and staff Assist Line (workplace conflict matters including bullying, harassment and like incident)
• Base counselling support to volunteers and family members. .
• Debriefing services following a Critical Incident
• 24 hour access for staff
• Toll free phone access
