WorkSafe intend to release a series of RFTs for a range of technology products and services that support the implementation of Strategy 2030 initiatives.

The RFTs will focus on seeking information in relation to a specific set of business and enabling technology platforms including:

• Digital Channels
• Outbound Communications and Marketing Automation
• Identity and Access Management
• Managed Security
• Customer Relationship Management
• Enterprise Data Management
• Content Services
• Integration and Orchestration
• Process automation
• Specific business solutions including:
  • Licensing Management
  • Injury Recovery Management
  • Claims Management
  • Service Management
  • Field Force Management
  • Payment and Billing

Back-office, end user computing and infrastructure platforms will not form part of the scope of the RFT.

Respondents will be permitted to respond against one or multiple of the above platforms based upon the capabilities of their products and services and their relevance to WorkSafe’s requirements.
