The Government of Victoria and the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) are looking for an experienced supplier or suppliers with suitably qualified building practitioners to carry out the building cladding audit outlined in the Victorian Cladding Taskforce’s interim report (attached). The successful supplier is expected by the Government and the VBA to outline how they will deliver the Services in accordance with this Expression of Interest (EOI).

This EOI anticipates two different models for responding: a managed services approach from larger businesses and/or a contracting approach for smaller groups or individuals. Please note that this EOI is an invitation to the supplier to put forward an outline for the delivery of the Services for the Government and the VBA’s consideration, and not an instruction to proceed with the supply of any goods and/or services (including the Services).
