The Department of Economic Development, Jobs Transport and Resources (DEDJTR) drives economic development and job creation across Victoria, incorporating transport and ports, investment attraction and facilitation, trade, agriculture, creative industries, and resources. The department employs approximately 3,800 staff working in more than 80 locations across the State and in 22 international offices.

The Department has recently commenced the implementation of a Mental Health and Wellbeing program as a result of a government initiative to improve mental health and wellbeing in the Victorian Public Sector. A key part of the program will be the education and training of managers and staff in relation to Mental Health & Wellbeing and Appropriate Workplace Behaviours.

This Expression of Interest is aimed at assessing potential solutions from service providers capable of developing and delivering suitable training packages to meet the needs of an organisation of DEDJTR's size.
