Such a significant investment is driving a level of project delivery activity that is unprecedented, stretching the resources of government and industry alike.

The Victorian Government is investigating the opportunity to establish an executive leadership program to enhance the skills of senior project deliverers in key domains including; leadership, management of complex major projects and high profile stakeholder management.

EOI’s are invited from individual organisations or consortia to identify interest and ability to deliver executive training with a focus on client side leadership of complex major infrastructure project.
