Update Tender: ITS2-FY2018-0012 - Addendum 2

Further to the original RFT documents, we provide the following information for the purpose of tender clarification and inclusion.

Tenderers are advised that ‘ITS2-FY2018-0012-Attachment C – Grampians National Park Sept 2016 - Flood Damage Report’ has been issued with a portion of the document missing.

This attachment was provided ‘for information’ background advice informing the tenderer of condition and types of damage to roads and works required. This Attachment will be reissued tomorrow following this addendum (labelled Addendum No3).

On this basis the tender closing time will be extended to 2pm Wednesday 7th March 2018

All other elements of the RFT remain as per the previous tender documents (End update).

Parks Victoria is calling for tenders from suitably qualified individuals or organisations to provide road repairs and grading works to approximately 70 gravel roads covering 460km within the Grampians National Park in Western Victoria. The scope includes both 2WD and 4WD roads and tracks, and includes several culverts/cross overs and signage. The target completion date is July 2018.

Site Inspection is optional. Tenderers can access most of the roads within the park via own means. Contact cameron Sanderson, Project Manager Mob. 0417 526 721 for further advice.

Respondents are to lodge their tender responses marked CONFIDENTIAL, Tender No. ITS2-FY2018-0012 - Grampians Flood 2016 Roads Repair Package, by 2.00pm Wednesday 28 February 2018 in the electronic tender box on www.tenders.vic.gov.au.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
