The Australian Centre for Health Innovation (CHI) requires replacement of the Simulation software used for Education and Research infrastructure and the Audio Visual (AV) system to manage the interface. Both systems are required to integrate with the Alfred Health IP network and existing SimEd Manikins (Laerdal Classic and 3G).

The current infrastructure is 12 years old, has several failed components and no longer meets the requirements to provide services for Alfred Health.

The speciality nature of Simulation Education and Research means that the current system will be replaced with two solutions - a Simulation Software recording/tagging/streaming/playback system, as well as a AV system to manage the interface between manikins, laptops, projectors, audio amplification etc. 

It is expected that the response will be from a lead supplier who will be overall responsible for:

• Liaison with Alfred Health
• Implementation of the system
• Integration and compatibility underwriting of the other provider’s components to ensure a fully functional and streamlined end to end solution
• Provision of support and maintenance (at least front end the initial issue request logging and track until completed to all party’s satisfaction
