This RFT is an invitation by Ballarat Health Services for interested parties to tender for the provision and commissioning of a high-end Fluoroscopy system. All tenderers are required to submit a tender response in accordance with the details as outlined in this request for tender (“RFT”).    Tenders are invited for the following:

1.  Supply and Installation of one high-end Fluoroscopy system.

2.  Maintenance of a high-end Fluoroscopy system is requested with a fixed option price valid for 5 years from system installation.
