Description
Southern Rural Water intends to implement a Customer Portal that will provide our customers with a window to access their information and perform a variety of interactive functions to assist them manage their rural water needs. The Customer Portal is what our customers will use to view and manage their water entitlements in the future. The portal will not only provide text information relating to water entitlements and a map image to show land recorded on each license, but also be interactive to allow customers to make submissions, including financial transactions. The Portal must interact with a number of data sources including a CRM, Victorian Water Register and Financial products.
