Description
The Principal is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide cost effective Responsive and Vacant unit maintenance and repair Works to the Principal's properties across 21 designated Contract Areas.
In addition to maintenance and repair Works, the Successful Tenderer will also be required to deliver PCA Services in accordance with the terms of the Contract, including as specified in the General Specification
