To support the reintegration into the community of male and female offenders with moderate to high risk of re-offending and associated high transitional needs, CV is seeking applications from not-for-profit organisations (NFPOs) to deliver intensive transitional support programs for the period 1 October 2011 to 30 June 2014.  These Programs will provide holistic case management of varying levels of intensity with a focus on the acquisition of social, vocational and employment skills and the provision of specialised support.
