Can I please have further clarification regarding Part C - Section 1.3 "Categories". It currently states that Respodents may tender for any one category, any combination of categories.. etc. Please confirm if tenderers have any abligation to tender for all sites listed within any of the 5 Regions listed or  have the option to select a subset of one or more of the sites listed within a region.  If this can be done, please also confirm that there will not be disadvantage to companies tendering  on this basis.

There is no obligation to tender for all sites within a region.  However, we have tried to ensure the sites with a given region are within a reasonable proximtity to each other.  It would then make sense for a tenderer to bid for the entire region.  Having said that, it is at the discretion of the tenderer which sites they bid for.
