This is a panel arrangement with a zero commitment. Please refer attached VSP9.pdf for the list of Suppliers.
The Valuation Services Panel (VSP) will undertake property, plant and equipment valuations, and provide market and allied information to VGV and/or Government Agencies. VGV will be responsible for certification of valuations provided by members of the VSP. Valuations provided by Panel Members must meet standards for quality and accuracy or market opinion as suitable for Government Agency use. The ninth generation panel will consist of only one VSP. Both valuer firms and allied disciplines who are accepted under this Tender will become members of the VSP.
