Plumbing and Gas Fitting scope includes (but is not limited to):
• Gutter and downpipe repair
• Gutter and downpipe replacement
• Clearing of drain blockages
• CCTV of drainage systems
• Repair burst/leaking water connects
• Investigate gas leaks
• Undertake repairs to connections of gas equipment
• Replace connections of gas equipment
• Install and connect gas equipment
• Repair leaking fire hydrant
• Maintain and clear open spoon drains
• Repair and maintenance to toilet facility
• Upgrade/replace toilet facilities
• Temporary fencing
• General handy-man maintenance tasks, for example boarding up after break-in – labour rate only activity
