The Digital Assessment Library Platform is to be established to provide a quality-assured suite of adaptive assessment tools and data that will be hosted in a cloud based solution. The first phase solution is currently being implemented and is expected go live of June 2019, with later phases due before the end of 2019. This contract is to provide privacy and security consulting services for the new platform and to conduct a review of privacy risks with reccomendations for treatment.
