WorkSafe is seeking submissions from suitably qualified organisations to provide a Lead Technical Consultant (Lead Consultant) to work in consultation with and under direction from the Property Manager. The Technical Lead Consultant will project manage the design and construction, including arrangement for and coordination of other technical consultants (Services).
The Lead Consultant will work closely with the Property Manager to develop functional specifications, design specifications and Tender documentation for the Project. The Lead Consultant will participate in the Tender evaluation and lead the design review, construction, commissioning and technical completion processes. The Lead Consultant will provide regular technical and project status reports and ad hoc technical advice to the Property Manager and attend (on-site) meetings as required throughout the Project.
