Variation to coontract for;

The provision of a Managing Contractor is required for the Youth Justice Redevelopment Project.

The Community Safety Building Authority (CSBA) is managing the procurement, construction, and delivery of the Cherry Creek Youth Justice Project (CCYJP). In February 2017, the Victorian Government allocated $309m (including GST) for the construction of a new, 244-bed fit-for-purpose, secure, youth justice facility in

Cherry Creek. Following a review of cost and constructability, the project's scope was revised to 140 beds and incorporated enhancements to functionality, staff safety and outcomes for young people.
