Applicants for Rural Councils Transformation Program (RCTP) funding submitted an expression of interest application by Thursday 15 November 2018.

The RCTP board undertook an assessment of expression of interest applications for approval to proceed to a business case submission.

Approved expression of interest are eligible to receive an offer of professional advisory service support in the preparation and development of their business case.

This process has enabled the Identification and approval of professional advisory services providers to prepare a business case for RCTP funding which must be accompanied by a council resolution from each council involved in the partnering arrangements committing to implementing the business case.

The period to prepare and submit a business case together with council resolutions closes on Sunday 31 March 2019.
