The project is delivering a number of solutions on behalf of Corrections Victoria business unit, including: Online Sales System; Pick and Pack warehouse system; System to Support Agriculture, Horticulture and Landmate operations; Point of Sale, technology across 13 prisoner shops; Changes to the pricing management of products within the prisoner shops. The Change Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure the effective and successful organisational change related to the implementation of new, enhanced, or modified, services, organisational structure, job roles, processes for the department.
