| Engagement to assist DELWP’s Planning Group to consolidate and understand its current planning, building and heritage operating context, particularly in an increasingly digital world, and assist the Group to determine its future vision, direction and operating model. The provider will be required to work across multiple areas within the Group and key partners and stakeholders to understand current context; facilitate the development of a 5 year vision and supporting narrative; to create a shared understanding of world’s best practices; to develop a strategy to attain the vision; along with an operating model to enable and deliver on the strategy and preferred Group culture. |
