A. The Department released the Request for Tender seeking a service provider to enter into a strategic alliance with the Department focusing on the provision of professional advisory services in the Alliance Domain. B. The Service Provider has offered to supply these professional advisory services and the Department selected the Service Provider as the supplier with whom it wished to enter into the strategic alliance. C. This Agreement sets out the terms on which the Department and the Service Provider have agreed for their strategic alliance, including the terms of the standing offer by the Service Provider to supply professional advisory services to the Department in response to Project Orders from time to time.
