The Western Roads Upgrade will be delivered as an ‘availability based’ Public Private Partnership project. Under this contract, the Supplier will be responsible for the delivery of eight capital upgrade projects in Melbourne’s outer western suburbs as well as a range of initial rehabilitation works. This will be followed by a 20 year maintenance phase where more than 260 kilometres of the existing arterial road network in the outer western suburbs will be maintained. |
