Description
A project is required to uplift the current infrastructure prior to the introduction of PAL/OLR (see Background Section). This project will include the activities listed above. To support delivery of this Project, Victoria Police is seeking to engage a Service Provider that will assume joint responsibility for the completion of project management activities, including planning, scheduling, identification of dependencies, risk and issue management, and change management oversight to ensure the above activities are on time and on budget.
