(Includes the fixed Franchise Sum (subsidy), along with estimates for energy costs, price escalation and other variable costs).

Contract for the provision of passenger tram services on tram infrastructure using rolling stock leased to the Franchisee by the Public Transport Victoria.

Extensions of term:

• The Public Transport Victoria has the option to extend the period of the franchise agreement by up to 3 years.
• A subsequent term of up to 7 years may be negotiated, and a subsequent franchise agreement may be negotiated in respect of that period.
