DEPARTMENT OF PREMIER AND CABINET VIC (DPC) – ADVANCE NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RELEASE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) FOR MEDIA MONITORING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY and AUDIO VISUAL SUPPORT SERVICES
The Department of Premier and Cabinet Victoria (DPC) wishes to advise the market that a Request for Quote (RFQ) process will commence through the eServices Register in ten (10) business days. The RFQ is for the provisions of media monitoring information technology and broadcast support services.
The services being sought will include:
- IT support and development for existing hardware, software and audio-visual equipment forming DPC’s web-enabled media monitoring portal;
- supply of metropolitan and regional broadcast media feeds to DPC;
- managing third-party software and hardware licenses and warranties, as well as subcontractors for provision of some regional broadcast media feeds; and
- issues resolution.
The RFQ will be open for a period of fifteen (15) business days. Interested parties can access the RFQ information once they have applied and joined the eServices Register as a supplier and following the RFQ's release.
The eServices Register is a mandatory State Purchase Contract for the provision of ICT professional services to Victorian government departments and agencies. The eServices Register is an on-going open procurement arrangement wherein businesses can apply to join. Further information on the eServices Register and procurement within the Victorian government is available on the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) website www.procurement.vic.gov.au
To bid for this RFQ entities must apply to join the eServices Register as a supplier. The registration process is via the Victorian Government Procurement Portal http://www.procurement.vic.gov.au/State-Purchase-Contracts/eServices-Register
Applications for the eService Register are normally processed within two business days.
