Catering
Tenders are invited from suitably experienced parties for the supply and delivery of cook chill meals to young persons and some staff at the Melbourne Juvenile Justice Centre, Parkville.
Tenders are sought for the provision of lunch and dinner five days a week on a rate per meal basis. An estimated 15,000 lunches and 23,000 dinners are required annually.
An initial 18 month contract will be offered with the option of an 18 month extension following a satisfactory review after twelve months. Provision of the service is expected to commence on 1 May 2004.
