The Department of Human Services is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to develop and administer the validation process for early childhood teachers applying to progress to the next classification.

The objective of this project is to establish a validation process for early childhood teachers, which includes:
· development of an online application system
· delivery of information sessions to early childhood teachers and employers
· delivery of training and support materials for validators
· assessment of applications and conduct site visits when necessary and
· the ongoing administration of the validation process
