The Department of Human Services is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to conduct an audit of the CSO compliance of Victorian state concessions and grants in the electricity retail industry, as set out in the Community Services Agreements between the Department of Human Services and the various electricity retailers. In addition, a review of the administration costs payable to the retailers for the delivery of the various CSOs, as set out in the CSO agreements, will also be undertaken.
