The Department of Human Services is seeking a managed services offering for HealthSMART. The services are listed below.

a. Management and support of the infrastructure (hardware, system software and tools) housed at two data centres on a 24x7x365 basis;
b. Data storage management;
c. Appropriate tools for managing the infrastructure;
d. Service management processes aligned to those of HS (which are ITIL based);
e. Disaster recovery facilitated through appropriate configuration of infrastructure across the dual data centres;
f. Network management related to the housed infrastructure
g. Transition to the new arrangements, including design and relocation of infrastructure from current housing arrangements; and
h. Additional Services as required by HS from time to time.
