Description
This tender is for the development of resources and tools to support the piloting, evaluation and statewide implementation of an integrated approach to quality management for the provision of disability services and supports in Victoria.
These resources and tools will assist the implementation of the revised Victorian Quality Framework for Disability Services across the DHS Regional and funded disability services and support sector.
Key Deliverables:
- Developing tools and resources to support DHS regional and funded disability support providers to implement the revised Victorian Quality Framework for Disability Services;
- Develop outcomes measurement tools and resources to support personal outcomes measurement and monitoring; and
- In partnership with the Disability Services Quality Management Team, conduct a pilot of the revised Victorian Standards for Disability Services (the Standards) and quality management tools and resources across one metropolitan DHS region and one rural DHS region.
- Participate in an evaluation of the pilot and the effectiveness of the quality management tools and resources.

Note 1 (22 Nov 05): An error has been noted in Section 7 of the T3355 specification document. The error concerns the weightings applied to two of the selection criteria:

7.2.2 Criterion 6 - Correct weighting is "3", not "2"
