The Department of Human Services is committed to ensuring that all Victorians have access to quality services that protect and enhance the community's physical, mental and social well-being. One of the key indicators of health care quality is patient satisfaction.
The Victorian Patient Satisfaction Monitor (VPSM) commenced monitoring in Victorian public hospitals in September 2000. The Department of Human Services is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced parties to collect, analyse and report data for the VPSM between 2005 and 2008.
Further information about the VPSM is available at www.health.vic.gov.au/patsat
