The Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultant/s to evaluate the appropriateness, efficiency and effectiveness of the Personal Alert Victoria service, program policy, and to identify changes, if appropriate, as a result of the findings of the evaluation.  Part of the project will also be to develop service specifications for post evaluation service delivery.
