Victoria Police is seeking solutions from the market for the design, development and implementation for the Victoria Police Operational Performance System, VicOps.  VicOps is envisaged to be a Data Warehouse system capable of interrogating Existing Legacy Applications (ELA's) and future operational systems in support of the Computer process and day-to-day operations.

The successful Tenderer will be primarily selected on the basis of their capability to:-

Deliver all project deliverables to an acceptable standard compliant to the Victoria Police system architecture and Standard Operating Envirpnment (SOE);

Comply with the project deliverables and milestones; and

Provide value for money.
