EXPRESSION OF INTEREST No OOH S001

FIRE SERVICES MAINTENANCE CONTRACTORS

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are sought from suitably qualified Maintenance Contractors to perform essential fire services maintenance in various Supported Community-Based Houses (Community Residential Units), Community-Based Houses (Placement and Support) and High and Low Rise Public Housing Blocks.

Residential properties are located in the Melbourne Metropolitan area and rural Victoria (all Regions).

High and Low Rise Public Housing Blocks are predominantly located in the Melbourne Metropolitan areas.

Maintenance services are scheduled to commence on the 1 July 2004 for a period of three (3) years until the 30 June 2007.

Only experienced fire services Contractors with appropriate ‘In-house’ qualified trades persons need apply.
