The Department of Innovation Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD) is seeking
tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a Human Resource
Management Information System (HRMIS).
By July 2005 the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD)
wish to have implemented a fully operational, reliable, integrated, effective, economic and
efficient Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS). The HRMIS is to be
an in-house solution and must support the functionality requirements and support needs of
both the current business, and planned directions for the Department.
A Tender is requested to supply, implement and provide ongoing technical support for an
HRMIS complying with the specifications presented in the RFT documents.
The period of service is to commence from 1 July 2005 and the initial support contract
period will be for 3 years, with the option to extend the contract at DIIRD's discretion.
DIIRD requires an integrated Payroll and Human Resources Management System to assist
