The State invites proposals from Respondents who have an interest in developing the entire Project in a manner that will deliver the State's Objectives. Expressions of Interest will be evaluated against the Evaluation Criteria outlined in the Expression of Interest documentation.

In undertaking the development with the private sector the State is looking to generate innovative proposals, whilst
achieving the State's objectives and providing value for money.    

This EoI document is issued by DVC on behalf of the State, and seeks expressions of interest in the Project from
suitably qualified Respondents.
