The Metropolitan Ambulance Service (MAS) and Rural Ambulance Victoria (RAV) are jointly inviting firms to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the supply of fuel card facilities. The proposed contract is for an initial 2-year term with the option for MAS/RAV to extend for up to a further 3 years.

The RFP Brief for the supply of fuel card facilities is available for download from this web site.  Firms downloading tender documents should register via e-mail with the contact person to ensure they receive any addenda to the tender information.  MAS and RAV will not be responsible for firms who fail to receive addenda if they have not registered with the contact person.

Tenders must be lodged in the Tender Box at Metropolitan Ambulance Service Headquarters, 375 Manningham Road, Doncaster, Victoria, 3108 by 2.00 pm on Friday 4 June 2004.
