The Metropolitan Ambulance Service (MAS) and Rural Ambulance Victoria (RAV) are jointly inviting firms to respond to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the supply of defibrillator monitors.

The objective of this RFT is to identify a common preferred tenderer for both MAS and RAV, however, MAS and RAV will execute separate contracts for the supply of defibrillator monitors.

The proposed contract is for an initial 3-year term with the option for MAS/RAV to extend for up to a further 2 years.

The RFT Brief for the supply of defibrillator monitors is available for download from this web site.  Firms downloading tender documents should register on this site to ensure they receive any addenda to the tender information.  MAS/RAV will not be responsible for firms not receiving addenda if they have not registered.

Tenders must be lodged in the Tender Box at Metropolitan Ambulance Service Headquarters, 375 Manningham Road, Doncaster, Victoria, 3108 by 2.00 pm on Monday 15 March 2004.
