Tender for Supply Services, Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital:  No. C30/42-05

The Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital is seeking tender offers for the provision of supply services for medical and general consumables (excluding cleaning consumables and stationery) including:

> An inventory management and replenishment service;

> A logistics service; and

> A supporting information management system.

The successful tenderer(s) shall be contracted for a term of thirty-six (36) months, commencing from 1 April 2006 and ceasing on 31 March 2009. The Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital, at its discretion, may extend the contract for an additional two (2) one (1) year periods.

The Request for Tender C30/42-05 details the requirement.  Suitably skilled and experienced organisations may provide a response for one or more of the services.

Briefing Session
A tender briefing will be held on Wednesday 11 January, 2006. Tenderers should advise the Contact Officer the details of representatives who will attend the briefing. Registered Tenderers will be informed of the time and location of the briefing in due course. Tenderers unable to attend the briefing should advise the Contact Officer so an alternative time can be arranged, if possible.
