The department is keen to establish a Panel of evaluators to engage on an as needs basis to conduct independent and impartial evaluations.  The Panel of evaluators would comprise consultants with extensive experience and knowledge in program evaluation, particularly in natural resource management (NRM) and the public sector.

A Request for Tender (RFT) is available for download from the Victorian Government Tender website located at www.tenders.vic.gov.au.

Hard copy Tenderer responses quoting 305511 must be placed in a sealed envelope and lodged in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne.

Tenders close at 2.00 pm on Thursday 27 March 2008.

Facsimile, email or late tenders will not be accepted.
