Compliance Activity Reporting System (CARS) Fisheries Victoria Contract

This Contract consists of the provision of services for the monitoring of departmental Fisheries Officers' movements as well as a potential response service for Officers in duress.  The provider must supply a secure 24/7 system, logging and recording all in-coming calls for audit purposes.  The provider must be able to supply regular system usage reports to nominated Fisheries Victoria staff.

This primarily involves the provision of 24-hour monitoring of departmental radio and a dedicated phone number.

The Contract period is from 01 March 2006 to 28 February 2007, with the possibility of extending the contract depending on contractor performance and ongoing availability of finance.

Tenders in envelopes endorsed with the relevant Tender Number, will be received if lodged or posted in time to be in the Tender Box, DPI, Head Office, Level 16, 1 Spring Street, Melbourne, by closing time at 2.00 pm on Thursday 02 February 2006.

Late tenders will not be considered.  Facsimile and email tenders will not be accepted.
