Department of Primary Industries (DPI) is seeking the appointment of up to three external independent members for the Audit and Risk Management Standing Committee, who will bring to the Committee an understanding of business management and corporate governance principles and practices.  The role of Chair will be appointed from one of the successful tenderers.  The tender document provides information relating to the position/s and has been prepared to assist prospective candidates with their application and to provide an indication of the responsibilities and duties of independent committee members.
