FReeZACentral aims to support and encourage young people across Victoria to manage and deliver music events that may create pathways to employment and training in the music industry, through:

• skills development, delivered through a program of intensive workshops;
• exposure to the music industry, delivered through a mentor program and master classes; and
• participation in event organisation and management, delivered though a series of music and cultural events conducted as a tour across Victoria.

FReeZACentral is being tendered as a single package for a two year contract plus 1X two years option.
