The Department of Infrastructure is seeking the services of a risk management service provider that will assist the Department to:

• Identify and assess its high level Strategic, Systemic and Operational risks;
• Improve its capability in applying risk management concepts, principles and process; and
• Agree on a common framework for risk management across the department.

The Department envisages that this will be achieved through a highly collaborative approach involving senior managers representing diverse stakeholder interests.  Participants will work in syndicate groups that will have a specific risk focus and a broader learning objective.  It is envisaged that there will be three syndicates.  The service provider will assume a facilitation role within the syndicates.
