The project scope includes supply, installation and support of SmartBus ICT System components including control centre equipment, bus equipment and roadside passenger displays to support SmartBus operations on Route 700.  The new SmartBus ICT System will also have sufficient functionality to control pilot SmartBus services currently being trialled on Routes 703, 888 and 889.  Control centre functionality supplied under this SmartBus Route 700 ICT System Project will also be required to be scalable to support operation of SmartBus services on up to 35 major bus routes across the metropolitan area.  The scope of support services will include all SmartBus System equipment associated with Routes 700, 703, 888 and 889.
