The aim is to provide high potential school leaders in government schools the opportunity to develop their educational leadership capacity by participating in an accredited Master in School
Leadership course that will equip them to meet the demands and challenges of leadership roles in the public education system.

The Service Provider will provide up to 80 places to participants identified by the Department in an appropriate Master in School Leadership Course, which is detailed in the project specifications.
The Master Course must be available as a 2 year part time course.

The Course delivered must include mentoring, shadowing, network projects and movement to other schools. These elements will be coordinated with DE&T central and regions. The final content of the
Course will be negotiated with DE&T.
