STL is seeking to investigate the market to partner with service provider(s) for design and delivery of client payment processing and digitising of incoming mail processes in line with STL’s business requirements.

Currently STL has an outsourced invoice processing and mail digitisation service provider who processes client invoices for automated payments as well as digitising other incoming documents. We are open to tender responses for one or both services and consortium responses are welcome.
