The RFP is focused on delivering the Regional Supportive Housing Program (‘the Program’), which will result in the first permanent supportive housing facilities in regional Victoria.  Homes Victoria has responsibility for overseeing the delivery of several supportive housing projects across Victoria, which provide permanent housing for people with complex needs who have experienced rough sleeping. Permanent supportive housing is part of a suite of Housing First offerings that aim to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring.
